50/50 is an intermediate group exercise class that starts off with 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of basic strength training. This class combines cardio kickboxing, athletic drills, high-impact moves and low-impact/dynamic moves with strength training using 3-5lb weights to achieve maximum results! **Mat and 3-5lb weights needed.**
