This class will help sculpt and lift those hard to reach areas, using strength exercises from a variety of angles that get your glutes in gear while including flexibility exercises for further shaping and toning. Fun, fast and effective, your butt will never look better. This will be a fierce bootcamp workout with a sexy twist. You’ll get a full body toning session and a heart pumping workout. This workout includes squats & lunges, core and dance, but much, much more! Your glutes and quads will be screaming, but will thank you later!

Our instructors find the right balance to make sure all students experience the ride of their lives! Ride to rockin music through hills and flats while incorporating weights and we finish with a killer ab workout.

Cardio Shimmy
A high energetic workout blending belly dance, Bollywood, hip-hop and fitness to assist in toning arms, legs, midsection, back and improving posture. Burn calories, de-stress, celebrate strength and become the goddess you want to be.

EOE Modern Line Dancing
Line Dancing isn’t just country western anymore! This class is modern line dancing and will incorporate various styles and you will be moving to music including: The oldies, country, urban, Latin and more. Learn dance including urban sophistication, swing, waltzes, nightclub dances and little Latin flavor. No partners needed, perfect for singles and all ages. Line dancing is a great aerobic exercise and is much more fun than sweating at the gym!
