Are You Ready to Bring EOE’s Corporate Fitness Challenge to Your Workplace?

This 12 week Challenge will change your thinking, your body and your way of life! This is not some ordinary weight loss challenge, this is a “EOE Challenge” Our goal is for you and fellow employees to learn good eating and fitness habits, along with the determination to make CHANGES in your lifestyle.

The EOE 12 Week Challenge:

  • The Challenge will begin with a weigh in and fitness assessment; and end the same way. Weekly weigh in’s before class.
  • EOE will have a Lunch and Learn seminar at your facility to help educate you on healthy eating habits, diet, and nutrition along with workout regimens. (you bring a healthy lunch)
    Make a 12 week commitment to onsite classes held through your company (1 class per week), additional workouts, keep a journal and track your food and workouts.
  • A meal plan guide line will be given to help you out with planning your meals.
  • Access to one of EOE’s personal trainers to coach you along the way.
  • The winner is the person with the most percent of weight lost. They will win 5 personal training sessions with an EOE trainer held at EOE Studio. (Value of $250), and a $50 cash prize.
