Philosophy; I’ve spent my entire career in fitness helping people achieve more in life. I embraced the idea that fitness and wellness are foundations of happiness. In 2007, I embarked on a mission to spread health and happiness throughout our community and beyond. With the support of an amazing team and thousands of supportive community members, and clients, I’ve done just that at EOE. I lead by example, and embraced the idea to strive for progression and not perfection. I am a wife, mother, Health / Fitness leader and fitness entrepreneur, and I embrace all of these roles with passion and energy. I have been fortunate in my career to help many clients transform their bodies, eating habits, outlook on exercise, and in turn creating better parents, spouses, coworkers and leaders. I teach that exercise and wellness isn’t a “work out when you have time”, it isn’t a just diet to follow, it’s a way of life. I will show you the path-all you have to do is walk it.
