This class consists of 30 minutes of fat-blasting cardio followed by a sculpt & tone segment using 3-5lb weights. This killer cardio based class offers easy to follow combinations of upper-body & lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills. The class ends with a killer mat workout to sculpt and tone. **Mat & 3-5lb weights needed, hand wraps or gloves recommended.**
