Sanya has always played sports and encouraged and healthy lifestyle so it made sense to show others the fun to be had in fitness and to push others to their limits! Sanya is a AFAA certified personal trainer, AFAA certified Group Fitness Trainer, ACSM Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Sanya is trained to teach cardio and strength and is truly passionate about taking people outside their comfort zone and getting their sweat on!
