Tennile Hampton

Tennile (Captain of Cardio) Hampton promotes staying healthy and fit the way she knows  best “Get out there and make it happen.” She is familiar with all levels of fitness and has experience in Group Exercise Leadership.  She is trained in Fitness and Dance. She enjoys teaching Total Body, Circuit Training, Hula Hoop, Bootcamp, and  Strength classes.  She has an excellent and diverse background in Dance that includes:  Ballet, Ballroom, Tap, Line Dance and Polynesian Dance. Tennile possess both professional and personal skills and is an exceptional Modern Line Dance and Bootcamp Instructor .  Tennile’s  exercise knowledge and aspiration for workouts and wellness extends from her parents Mom (Dietitian) and Dad former MLB athlete.
